Research Interests

I am interested in understanding how organizations and institutions change. I am also interested in managing change in knowledge intensive organizations. My research in this area has been published in leading academic journals including the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Accounting Organizations & Society and Administrative Science Quarterly. My current research projects include a study of post-professional regulation and a study of the semiotics of corporate art.

Personal

I am married to Moira. We enjoy our three fabulous children, Toryn, Griffin and Tiegan, two beautiful bullies, Cecil and Giles and two clever cats, Ptolemy and Pistachio.
